The second Diversity in Tech annual report charts the first year on year growth of the Tech Talent Charter and provides updated insights on D&I in tech based on a new and improved dataset. The Charter more than doubled in size and with this growth came a year of impactful activities across the UK including region-wide employer collaboration projects in Leeds and multi-employer data hackathons in London.
