AbilityNet has been helping to make the digital world accessible to all for more than 20 years and focusing on supporting disabled and older people's access to technology at all levels.
This TTC session invites a lived experience panel to share ways in which you can support your disabled employees from recruitment policy to ensuring equitable growth and promotion. We will share key barriers to entry and ways they can be overcome and how to offer actionable support. We will discuss ways to create inclusive environments in which disabled people can flourish.
