Diversity & Inclusion Open Playbook

A free resource hub on diversity and inclusion in tech

D&I best practice guides: created by employers, for employers

The Tech Talent Charter’s Diversity and Inclusion Open Playbook was a free, 42-chapter repository, containing more than 150 pages of D&I insights, data and guidance. It was built collaboratively, with Signatory organisations contributing expertise and resources for others to learn from and use. The Charter edited and curated these resources and other publicly available content to create a D&I best practice hub.

By sharing best practices with each other, Signatories helped to create a free and publicly accessible resource that all employers could use to improve their inclusion and diversity, irrespective of size or budget. Below is a small selection of some of the playbook’s most popular resources.
