Diversity in Tech report 2019

This report brought together data from Tech Talent Charter Signatories for the first time. It provides thought-provoking historic insight into diversity levels in tech companies several years ago, and a fascinating look back at data points including how many organisations had diversity and inclusion policies before D&I employer activity became more widespread. The report also introduced the TTCs signature benchmarks, measuring diversity in tech by company size, sector and region, as well as previously unavailable benchmarks on diversity by tech job type.
